Cue is in invite-only early access. If you don't have an invite yet, request one from the home page and we'll be in touch — we invite people in small batches.
If you have an invite, open it on the device you want to use and follow the link. It signs you in and connects the app to your own Cue.
Cue signs you in with a magic link rather than a password. Enter your email in the app and we'll send a link that signs you in when you open it.
If the link doesn't arrive, check your spam folder, then confirm you used the same address your invite was sent to. Links expire after a short time — request a fresh one rather than reusing an old email.
The iPhone app is a client for your own Cue instance, so you need an account before it can show you anything. Once you've signed in once, the app remembers your instance and opens straight into it.
For voice, allow microphone access when prompted. For approvals to reach you while the app is closed, allow notifications. Both can be changed later in iOS Settings under Cue.
Open Connectors in the app to link email, calendar, messaging, and the other tools you use. Each connection is scoped — you choose what Cue is allowed to do with it, and you can change or revoke that at any time.
If a connection stops working, disconnect and reconnect it; the most common cause is an access token revoked on the provider's side.
Cue asks before anything consequential leaves your hands. You can tighten or loosen this per tool and per agent in Guardrails, and set a spending cap for any agent that runs on its own.
Any run can be stopped while it's in progress. Stop always wins.
You can see what Cue knows about you in Memory, and edit or delete any individual memory. You can export your data, and you can delete your account and its instance entirely from your account settings, or by emailing us.
How long data is kept, and when it's purged from backups, is set out in the Privacy Policy.
Manage your plan, payment method, and invoices from your account page. Upgrades are prorated immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of the current period. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the period you've paid for ends.
If you believe you've found a vulnerability, email hello@justcue.ai with the details and please give us a reasonable chance to fix it before disclosing it publicly. We'll acknowledge your report and keep you posted on the fix.
